About Lane Runner
Lane Runner: Endless is an independent, free-to-play browser game. It's a single-player 3D run-and-gun horde shooter where you steer a squad of soldiers through lane gates, traps and zombie hordes toward procedurally generated bosses.

What the game is
- Endless runs. Every sector is generated from a seed, so no two runs are the same. The Daily Run gives every player the same city for the day.
- Fair choices. What's shown on screen is what happens: gates do exactly what they say, every trap is telegraphed, and every gate row has at least one good option.
- Progress is earned, never sold. Coins come only from playing and are spent on Armory upgrades. There are no purchases, paywalls or energy timers.
- No account needed. Your progress is saved in your own browser. See the privacy policy.
- Plays anywhere. Runs in modern desktop and mobile browsers with keyboard, mouse, touch or gamepad. New to the game? Read how to play.
How it's built
The game is written in TypeScript and renders with three.js (WebGL), built with Vite. Large crowds of soldiers and zombies are drawn with vertex-animation textures so hundreds of characters can be on screen at once. The site is hosted as a static website on the Manus platform.
